INC is much more expensive and difficult
you have to name a treasuer, CEO, CFO, Etc.
a LLC affords almost identical protection without all the expenxe and other stuff
If you form an LLC you won't be personaly responsible for the Co's action

If you work as a sole proprietor all of your personal belongings are subject to the liability of your business. It is a good idea to establish yourself as a corporation or LLC. Either will protect you but there are ongoing things that you have to do. Read a book on business organizations or talk to an attorney to decide which is best for you.
