Question

Help answer this question below.

Is it ok to alternate between about 4 different exercise dvd's a week. The dvd's incorporate both cardio and strength in each session, but they are from different instructors. Or would I benefit more if I stick to one dvd for a few weeks then switch?

You are doing the right thing. It's good to alternate your workout to stay challenged. If you do the same thing over and over, your body becomes efficient at it and you get less benefit.

yeah it's good to change. you gotta keep pushing your body... if you're working within your limits the whole time nothing will really change. you gotta really push yourself and up your heart rate if you wanna see any change in your body.
