Upon starting my computer, I will get an error message during start-up stating: "SQLDUMPER library failed initiation..." Any thoughts on what thisis and how to remove it??? Thanks, Charles

this is caused by insatlling or uninstalling trial software from Microsoft, more than likely Office 2007.
here are 2 sets of instructions one of them should fix your problem.
Providing you have business software that utilizes SQL Server, then you'll most likely want to repair these files. For more information specific to Microsoft SQL programming language, check these links:

However, if you recently used a TRIAL and you're getting this error, then simply remove all the SQL programs using:

Start
Control Panel
Add or Remove Programs
"Microsoft SQL <filename>"
Remove
Restart your computer

Not sure what it is, but it sounds like something got corrupted. A reinstall will definitely fix it if you have a windows installation disk. Even a restore point should clear it up.
