Ask your cheer coach/ take cheer classes
Look at some cheer articles
Dedicate your time to practicing
-make sure to stay super tight in the air
-trust your bases
-make sure you lock out your knees
-when you cradle, make sure your ride up the stunt
-don't freak out or kick your legs
-make sure you know what your doing and confident with the stunt before you try anything too advanced
-make sure you don't overthink things
(but i have a question, why are you trying out as a flyer if you don't know how to fly? sorry, im kind of confused)

i am 5'7'' and am115 lbs, am i too tall to be a flyer in cheerleading? would i be a base or a back spot?

im not trying out to be a flier, im already on the team and i want to learn how to be a flier haha is 5'3'' and 115 lbs. too heavy to fly??

Ohhhh! lol. i'm 5'4" and 110 pounds...the smallest girl on my team is about 70 pounds and the biggest is about 180 and i'm a base. but i have flown a couple of times. I bet you're small enough to be a flier...just ask your coach
