Losing or having alimony reduced is most likely the reason why they don't live together. Shemarq is probably correct. Every case is different and every state has different laws. Speak to your lawyer. I do the payroll and I see a LOT of garnishments for child support but hardly any for alimony. Your situation would be frustrating to me. Especially knowing YOU have full custody.
Probably not unless it states that specifically in your alimony agreement. Typically alimony is set for a certain time frame (or life time) and can be terminated upon the recipient getting married.
Florida is a no-fault state and adultery is not considered.
