    Minimum wage unless you are lucky enough to find an immigrant, then you can pay them much less.

    You need to let her decide what she thinks is fair. If she can't decide then, pay her minimum wage.

    If you pay her too much, she might end up taking advantage of you (I don't know your relationship so, I don't mean offense) and, if you aren't paying her enough, it's her job to let you know.

    If she wants to be self employed as a housecleaner, she needs to set her own rates so she can take responsibility for her own earnings.

    I know this from experience as I did some housecleaning to get through college. It just feels better when you've set your own rate.

    usually minimum wage if you work for someone. If you're in business for yourself you can charge what the job is worth, a flat rate.

    Lots of services charge $60-90 dollars. and if you need them weekly or monthly. I pay $60 a week.
