I forgot my e-mail password and there is no way to recover it, but I need to access an e-mail with an important number in it that can help me reset the password. Is there a way to go through my computer's history and find the e-mail?

    Look at your login page. Is there a forgot password link to click on?. The other way to do it is to call your ISP.
