Would you leave a billion dollars in the car?
It depends. How old is the child? How long are you leaving them in the car for?
What would you define as "not too hot nor cold out"? It's always hotter in the car than it is outdoors. It might seem like a nice mild day to you, and your child could be baking.
I don't know about the legality of the situation, but I think that if it were me, I wouldn't be leaving a young child in a car alone. If the kid was older... that's different.

You're reading Is it illegal in the State of Kentucky to leave your child in the car while you go in a store to pay for gas, etc. The whole time you can see the car and the child. The car is locked and you have the keys and its not to hot nor to cold outside?
