Probably Jet Li. Jackie Chan usually gets his butt kicked unless there are objects in his environment that he can use as weapons (buckets, shopping carts, pinball machines, etc.)...;-D...

Jackie Chan does a lot of acrobatic stunt-like moves, jumping and flipping around, and tricks with ladders and buckets and other objects, which are all cool and fun to watch, but it's more like a comedy routine ... Jet Li is just a plain bad-ass mofo, and he would win
