Not more benefit then the US. You can do much more detestable things to people in the US than you can in China. Believe it or not China actually protects its people, it’s when people want to protect themselves that the Chinese step in because their actions pose a threat to the rest of the Chinese. If you hurt someone with medical testing in China you are a dead man regardless of what forms you have them sign. I also would like to know what type of research we're talking, but if it's research that is going to have a negative effect on the Chinese in the area (i.e. nuclear testing) I would say no. Then there's the added barrier of the Chinese, who will inevitably work the U.S.'s presence to their own advantage.
