I like to read Wikipedia for information but since it can be modified by anyone I don't wholly trust the information as reliable unless I am able to back it up. Thier website admits that because anyone can contribute that "articles may still contain significant misinformation, unencyclopedic content, or vandalism." Yes, even though it doesn't seem too trustworthy, everyone is so anal at that site about what gets posted. I've seen vandalism on that site fixed in less than 5 minutes. Its also cool to find info on stuff that you didn't know about before.

Nope. Although I enjoy Wikipedia and find they have a lot of good information, I don't consider it a totally reliable or definitive source of information.

I often use Wikipedia as a jumping off point, but I will usually always back it up with another source.

Wikipediea is a horrible source for any serious research. In college if you used Wikipedia as a main source the prof would fail you. At least that was true where I went to school.
