Make the best payment arrangement you can with them. Make sure you get the names of everyone you talk with, the telephone numbers ( and any extensions ), the dates/times of the converstaions, and the substance of the conversations. I don't recommend bankruptcy unless you have no other options.

You're reading I am 2 months behind on credit card payment. I tried to get some arrangment for the balance.Different representives are telling me different things? If i make arrangment with them and still cant pay and decide to go bankrupt will they include this card?
