I tried to narrow it down to one, but there were so many I could only get it down to three:
1. I love to write and edit. Words delight me, and to shape them into something powerful or useful is an absolute privilege that I am grateful to have.
2. I love to have music playing always and to experience a broad range of musical genres.
3. I love to eat good food. I did a little too much of that over the holidays, so now I need to diet, but it's hard right now because I'm having some really rough days, and sometimes a nice meal is the only experience that I will enjoy in a day, unfortunately.

Right now looking for ways to house low income folks in a big way.
There are so many abandoned Hotels, jails, military instillations, government owned buildings, government and private land.
An incredible amount of resources sitting all over america falling apart from lack of use.
