Just as you said it. "Okay people, party's over... time to get the f**k out." (you could just say "time to go" instead of the second part if you don't know the people all that well. =P ) Say it in a fairly light-hearted way though, as though you're half kidding. Although make a motion like standing up to show you do actually mean it. Give people their coats over and stuff too, open the door for them etc.

Would anyone like a last cup of coffee/drink for the evening? You ask this about an hour before you want the people to leave.
-
.."well I'm headin to bed, will y'all clean up the kitchen before you leave please.." =)

I love you all to pieces, but it's time for you to get the f*** out, I have stuff to do in the morning. *Big smile*

Open an apparently neglected letter in front of them. Show complete shock on your face. Start scratching and then say:- " My God the results say I have got flees in the place. They are coming to fumigate in the morning!"
-
If you truly feel that way about people never invite them back again. You will be doing them a huge favor. When I invite people over I want them to stay as along as possible. If you don't feel the same way about the people you invite, you are inviting the wrong people to your place.
