It was not home cooked and it was not fast food.

I got store made turkey meat balls and cooked them in a pan and pierogi that came already prepared.

It was a sorry excuse for a meal but at least it was not obtained from a drive through.

Half and half. I had store bought homemade frozen raviolies with my own Italian home made sauce. So as Sandra Lee says semi-homemade.

What is this home cooked thing you speak of? Does microwaved count? I avoid fast food, but I do eat a lot of microwaveable or prepared meals.

We made my family chili, tonight. We don't go out very often. We were out late, last night, so stopped at a White Castle for pickup on the way home. - First time we'd "eaten out" in a LONG time.

My son-in-law made spaghetti tonight. He worked on the sauce carefully simmering it....it was a lovely dinner.

My mother served the same meal to me when I visited Saturday and my son made it Friday night as well.

I have reached my spaghetti saturation point!

Oh! Driving home I passed a restaurant with an all you can eat spaghetti special advertised in front! It made me feel queasy haha

Well I cooked it pretty fast :P. We had potatoes from the oven and grilled meat with red and yellow paprika's and onion. Also made tzadziki to go with it.

We hardly eat fast food, not only is it much greasier but it is also way more expensive than cooking your own meal. If in a hurry I will choose a meal that doesnt take much time to prepare, like pasta with veggies, spicy chicken and fresh cream. In ten minutes I will have a delicious meal prepared.
