Speaking as both a buyer and a seller I really hate eBay! And speaking as both a buyer and a seller I really love Amazon. Which one do you prefer and why?

I used to use eBay to buy, but it just never seems to have good deals anymore, and the interface is still clunky and hard to use. So I shop on Amazon a lot.

I use Amazon often & have no complaints. I've never used E-bay, but my friends who have are about evenly split on whether they like or hate it.

Funnily enough my new microphone for the Playstation 3 arrived today from an ebay seller...faulty. No offer to reinburse postage cost to send it back. Last month I bought my girlfriend a model plane as she's obsessed with them from an ebay seller... they sent the wrong plane. No offer to reinburse postage cost to send it back. Do i like ebay.. No! Amazon and Play.com have always given me 100% satisfaction even if you pay that little but more. I won't ever shop on ebay again as I simply can't trust the sellers. (no offense) The faulty microphone was sent by a "top rated seller" which still meant nothing for me having to fork out the money to send it back again.
