Help answer this question below.
First a transvestite and a transgender are 2 completely different things.
A transvestite does not mean that that person is a homosexual. For example, a man can dress in woman's clothing and still be heterosexual and marry a woman. If he was gay, gay is gay and yes that would be under gay marriage.
A transgender is someone who has had sex reassignment surgery and is the other sex legally. So no that would not be a gay marriage and a transgender person MTF can marry any man legally because they are now considered a woman.
Hope that clears things up for you.
There is a piece of paper for every requirement in this world, it is just a question of having it faxed from the right place at the right time and paying the right amount.
They are who they are. It shouldn't matter no matter what. Everyone should be who they were born to be. Free to be with who they choose.
The only term that is really relevant here is transsexual - if you consider yourself, inside yourself, to be a bit intersex, or if you like dressing up, has no actual legal definition. Transsexual is when your gender differs from your sex and sometimes ends with someone getting sex change surgery and hopefully changing their legal sex as well.
So, transsexual relationships are considered under gay marriage when they are. I know that's confusing, but in some states of the U.S., for instance, even after a person has changed their legal sex, they can marry under their original sex. In that way, they can have a gay marriage while cisgendered (non-transsexual) gay couples could not. Of course rules about whether you can change your sex legally, how much it counts, and whether your legal relationships can be retroactively changed on the basis of that, varies from place to the place.
Transvestite is a man or woman that likes to dress as the opposite sex although they are not usually homosexual. A Transexual/Trangendre person is one that has always believed that they are in the wrong sex body. They can have sexual reassignement.
They are them mentally and physically a Female ?male depending on what they have always believed themselves to be. This is a long arduous mental and physical journey.
Sadly the answer is that they cannot marry as a man and woman They would still legally have to be classified under gay marriage.
The Law has not yet allowed Transexuals to have a change of sex on their Birth certificate so they are still legally classified as a Man / woman no matter what they are physically after the operation hormones and psychiatric studies.
One would hope in the future the law will change.
Some Transexuals, Men to Woman have actually been put into male prisons.

I would add to that, though, that in some areas of the U.S., a gay relationship with one transsexual partner is still a possible candidate for marriage. Some states allow people to marry under their original sex.

lol, *actually* a transgendered person is NOT necessarily someone who has had sexual reassignment surgery. "Transgendered" is a very broad term for a lot of people questioning their biological gender, versus their true gender.
