    If in a court order they can take whatever they contained in the order. But if its the IRS they don't need much at all.

    From what I remember they are not allowed to come thru a locked gate...I heard that a few years ago so it might have changed since then but I know it was the rule back then...

    Yes, because you are in possession of the lender's property. Once the bank want's its property back, it can take it back. It does not become your property until you completely pay for it.

    Can the owners of property come and take it back even though you have locked it away from them? YES. They can't repossess what is paid for. YOU are the thief, not them.
