I always thought it would be cool to make little chocolate men and women, kinda like gingerbread men, but more like those hollow Easter chocolate rabbits.
Then inside would be like red jam or cherry sauce, so you could bite off arms, heads and legs and watch them bleed! :D

i want to make a smore cheesecake of some sort with grahm cracker base, thick chocolate filling with chocolate chunks, and topped with a slighly toasted marshmellow topping ^^

Mine would be crisp macadamia nuts(slighty salty) covered with just right soft carmel and dipped in a good quality milk chocolate.
And I would eat a truck load.

You're reading If you could make up your own chocolate confection what would you dream up? mine would be a chocolate fudge brownie with pecans and caramel- iced with nougat frosting; we can dream and not count calories. lol :P
