Sorry, but that's completely illegal. It also isn't likely to work, the USCIS is pretty good about smoking out fake marriages -- it's visa fraud, and can result in serious jail time or permanent bans from entering the U.S.
That would be a very stupid thing to do.
Immigration officers ARE NOT a bunch dumb asses.
If your boyfriend has a SSN then he is,somewhat,in this Country legally. Why does he not go thru the proper channels and do it legally
Well the citizen would become a felon and face 5 years in prison and a 250,000 dollar fine. He would face the same charges, be deported and NEVER be allowed back in the states, ever. So no, it's not "okay".
WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT IN THE FIRST PLACE...WHY WOULD YOU JEOPARDISE YOUR OWN FREEDOM AS AN ACCOMPLICE TO IMMIGRATION FRAUD, AND PROBLY OTHER ISSUES AS WELL.ILLEGAL IS THE KEY WORD HERE !!! If it sounds like I'm yelling, I am...no one is worth the risk of imprisionment for any reason !

You're reading My boyfriend is an illegal immigrant from India, He's been in US since 7 years now, he has passport, visa and ssn, he just wants to marry US citizen to get green card, He wants to pay her some money for that, is that ok?what should he do for that?and how?

It doesn't matter. His visa comes with certain restrictions... it says what sort of activity he is allowed to do. If he is now illegal, as you've stated, he is already in violation of the law. Adding yet another, more serious violation of the law by committing a fraudulent marriage is more likely to get him jailed or deported than anything else. All around, a bad idea.
