The health care bill is going to require doctors to perform surgery with one hand tied behind their back. And it says they have to hold the scalpel with their feet, or face a $50,000 fine for each occurrence. Who really wants national health care now?

Your assertion is ludicrously false. I want national healthcare now, and I'm tired of hearing nonsense fear mongering claims.

- LoL! Yes, I was actually parodying all those right-wing zit-brains who say things like "Your taxes will go up $10,000 with health care, do you really want it?" or "Government death squads will decide who lives under government health care," yada-yada-yada.
  .
  The truth of the matter is that the quality of health care in the UK is about equivalent to being covered by your employer's HMO in the States. Yes, taxes are high, but there's no death panels or flaming incompetence by government bureaucrats.

- I personally think it will help our system or they would not be throwing so much money into the propaganda, going so far as to blackmail congress by saying they would all raise their premiums. Why would competition cause you to raise your prices even higher,mmmm?
