"Supersize me" - I recognized how eating fast food can lead to an unhealthy physical state. I started eating healthier and exercising.

The Matrix it changed my whole outlook on things and how they may not be what they seem.

The Notebook... It changed my outlook on love and such. I loved that movie. It was incredibly sweet.

Spirited Away, it taught me to take what life throws at me, no matter how weird or random it is at the time.

King Rat, Bridge Over the River Kwai and Stalag 17, all are WWII pow movies and all are so dramatic and moving...we don't have any problems by comparison to those people who spent time in pow camps, also Schindler's List, a different kind of pow were the Jews of WWII, but a horrific situation, impossible to imagine

Shawshank Redemption, as well. Also, Requiem for a Dream. I didn't look at drugs the same way again. They should show that movie in schools. If they did, far fewer kids would even try drugs.

The movie "Pay it Forward" probably has an impact on most people who watch it. It makes you realize how acts of kindness can impact a community...the world. Even small acts of kindness can make a difference.

The Passion of The Christ. It just really affected me.

The film and book "Into the Wild" are profoundly moving. I was inspired to live my life to it's fullest, and to have as many experiences possible. :)

'The Truman Show' movie had a profound effect on me. For some time after my perception of everybody & everything around me seemed highlighted.
