Yes. It encourages you to stand up for what you believe and not be ashamed of it. It also encourages you to try and 'spread the word'.
We are to spread the Gospel. And not be ashamed, to stand up for God if someone is putting Him down.

That being said arguing with a confirmed atheist is usually pointless as they are not going to be convinced and truly just looking to enjoy getting under a believers skin.

Share the faith as James just did with me. This young man had trouble putting two words together but started sharing the word with me. His conversation just flowed
from then on. Sure knows a lot for being so young
perhaps because of his difficult life. Everything he said I needed to hear and made me cry. He was talking about how blessed he is.........said you can call him a sinner but you can't say he is not blessed.
Is hard cover or leather best for a bible?
