On a leap year, how many people born on or after March 1st notice they must wait an extra day before their birthday arrives?

    My brother has never apparently noticed, but everyone in a leap year has to wait an extra day for their birthday, not just those born on March 1st.

    My second son was born on March 1st during Leap Year. He has never minded or cared about that one extra day.
