Um, here's something all you conservative Republicans should probably know before you begin to sound truly, really ignorant. The historical czars has nothing to do with Marxism, Socialism or Communism. A "Kommissar" is traditionally a member of the Communist party. You know, the party that deposed and executed all the czars.
Calling Obama or his administration Commie-Czars, as I see on signs everywhere, is like calling him a cowboy-Indian.
Czars, teleprompters, administrations...these are not new inventions. All other modern presidents had them as well.

The Czars (a ceremonial title at best)are advisers with specialization in different areas and topics. They have the President's ear, but no official powers. No shadow government.. no powers... just paranoia on your part I fear.

A good conspiracy theorist would have some sort of reference in their question that, far fetched as the connection may be, has at least one tiny spark of truth to it.
For instance, "we know that JFK was killed because he refused to cooperate with the shadow government". That JFK was killed is a truth that gives the conspiracy theory a tiny spark of truth. (which by the way is one theory I support)
Please come back with some factoid that supports your question so I have something to respond to and I will be a happy conspiracy theorist and give you an answer and points. thank you

The "czars" are not empowered to do anything that the President himself is not allowed. It's just a name. And the point of czars, as far as I know, is to address certain topical issues and to provide the public with a single person who is focused on the issue and can provide answers about what is happening. It's a focal point.
Bush had czars also. And he was constantly adding signing statements to bills, overriding the advice and consent of the US Senate. Were you complaining back then, you moron?

To be fair Bush had Czars, Clinton, Bush and even Reagan. They sever at the leasure of the President for the express perpose of helping to over see and advise on programs/activites that are directly controlled by the president. The real question is why did Congress give any of our presidents so much athority and why are they affording this President so much more?

All sarcasm aside, from what I read in today's papers, the designation of "czars" over various industries ...... automotive and banking for two ..... has in effect removed control from public to government. It appears that medicine will be the next to fall.
The articles I read stated that to do so is a direct violation of the Constitution.
