The things in common which all commercial pilots have are; a pilots license (naturally), a multi engine rating and an IFR (instruments) rating and a few thousand hours of flight time. The problem here is the few thousand hours of flight time. Many of the commercial pilots are ex military, thus the thousands of hours of flight time. The best way to find information is to contact a flight school in your area and ask them this question.
