We did not chose to have a inspection when we bought our house, 6 months later we have pre exsiting foundation problems, do we have to absorb all the cost? Should the sellers help pay if we can show they knew about it?

Before anyone buys a house they should have core samples done. If you can prove they knew about it, you can sue them for the repairs or get your money back. Your choice. Look for fresh spackle jobs behind fresh paint and check with local companies who might have been called out to the property. I'm not sure if the county records would have anyting, but this is a large enough investment to hire an atty. and find out.

You have not provided enough information to answer this question. Do you have a warranty deed?

You will most likely have to eat the cost on your own (unless the sellers did something to hide the damage).
