Stand up and walk around. Be more active and find something to do.
Keep a jug of Dewars Preferred scotch in your top desk and an occasional swig will do you fine.
Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. It also helps to have regular sleep patterns, even on the weekends. : (
Buy a new mattress.
Stand up & stretch ur self well & put cold water over ur face.
Aside from getting more sleep, you should avoid sugary foods which can make you REALLY sleepy!
Tell the secretary to say you are in a meeting ... close the door and blinds, then have a long siesta under your desk.

5 hour energy shots! (http://www.5hourenergy.com/)
They might not taste very good, but they really work! I would recommend the berry flavor. It will take the edge off and you don't crash afterwords. They are not even that bad for you, compared to most energy drinks.
Coffee..or a Red Eye from Starbucks'll do the trick!
Don't take caffeine pills/red bull/coffee... just masks the underlying problem.
Actually drink LESS coffee/tea/redbull (or ideally cut it out completely) since caffeine can cause problems sleeping if had in the afternoon, which will roll over to the next day. Coffee actually dulls alertness too.
Get more sleep,
Take regular, short, breaks away from your desk - maybe grab some fresh air.
Drink a lot of water, eat more fruit, basically ensure your diet is healthy and nutritious. If you eat properly, sleep well, get regular exercise then this should boost your energy/alertness/productivity and stop you getting sleepy at work.
get a psp and watch movies on it its good i got pspgo it helps alot
boss has something always something up their sleeve !
Try leaving your desk on a regular basis, just for a few minutes at a time, and walk around, even if it's just around your desk, all the time breathing deeply. I find that after sitting in one spot at work for hours on end, my breathing becomes very shallow - lack of oxygen then has me yawning ~ not necessarily from tiredness or boredom. Fresh air helps (especially when you're stuck in an office with no window!)
Get more sleep and open a window.
I hear Red Bull works :)
