There is no way that you can get all the Pokemon without trading and downloading off Pokemon Colosseum. That's just the way it is. You can never get all Pokemon without cheating or trading.

probably by having two games consoles(if you have no firends), a linkage cable and the games requires to trade onto the other to get them all?

it's simple: First of all, you need to have a masterball in the #1 pokeball position. Second, you need a yellow shard in your items #1 position, followed by 5 rare candies then a deepseascale and nothing else. Just outside LITTLROOT TOWN, in the first group of grass clumps, you go 3 in and 3 up. Once there you tap the D-pad in a counterclockwise pattern once until you get attacked. (Note: you never ever move out of the tile or you have to start over again.) At first it'll be the common pokemon, but after a while (and I mean a while) you'll start to get the rarer pokemon. If done correctly you can get all the land pokemon in the game there. and you'll probably want some strong pokemon and lots of pokeballs, cause I've run into a level 73 SALAMENCE before. To get all the water pokemon you're on your own cause I have yet to find there special all-in-one tile. (I think it may be close to MOSSDEEP CITY, but there are a lot of water tiles to cover and I'm only one person.) Good luck on catching them all.

Some pokemon you can't find in emerald but you should be able to trade from leaf green and fire red into emerald

to get all the pokemon on to one game it depends on which one you have. if your playing one like ruby then you would defenetly have to have either a gameshark or some kind of device like that to get locked pokemon. others you have to trade from other games. like with jirachi, if you dont have a friend who will trade with you then you have to buy collusium brand new and it will come with some kind of extra disk. but some how i think it involves a computer you have to have a program like action replay but you can put it on their.
