I go back sometimes, but not all of the time. Most of the time, I do get an email saying I've got new answers, and find several new ones that I had missed and never received notification.

Never. If I have new answers they appear on my Q&A page automatically without me having to pull up the question.

Yes when ever I get anything on old questions I try to check them all.
