Help answer this question below.

B12 Injections Dosage, I have seen where Dr's suggest B 12 vitimans .Shouldnt they be suggesting the sublinguals or the injections. If I am considering IM injections what would you recommend for dosage and how often?

    Injections hurt, and the thing is that you can drink a bottle of it, but the effect will slow down like they say occurs with morphine.
