i'm on the pill, and i'm having symptoms of my period two weeks before it's supposed to come. is that normal?

You're reading I've been on Birth Control since i was 16 i recently in december stopped taking it.. My last period was Jan 15 i had sex Feb 2 we used protection, i have YET to get my period & have cramps like im going to get it but dont. i have taken 2 tests both neg.
