I'm pretty sure no one here is a judge, and I'm 99% sure no one here is judging that specific case. So I really see absolutely no point whatsoever in you asking.
Now, if you asked the minimum and maximum sentence, someone may be able to tell you. But that's not what you asked.
Also, what does this have to do with police enforcement?
