I'm pretty sure the LAST thing I would suspect after seeing a guy dig holes in his backyard is "HE'S KILLING PEOPLE AND BURYING THEM."
Unless I actually saw the bodies, I would not commit such a fallacy.
Also, that's being a bit nosy, looking into another person's backyard.
He could have done it at night. Also, a lot of neighbors don't pay as much attention. And while some are rather friendly and inviting, others are just ignorant or creepy. I am the nosey kind. :)

You're reading Why do you think it took this long to find out this guy was killing people? Don't you think his neighbors might have noticed something funny when he dug holes in his backyard for graves?

People were also complaining of the bad smell all the time, "go figure", but they were blaming it on some buisness that was close by.
