Unless there's some movie I'd like to watch early in the morning and I don't need to get up, I just love getting out of bed and starting my day. I'm a morning person.

I get up around 9-9.30am every day. I work late shifts, and go to bed around 1.30am, so thats not really a lie-in.

I get up. Get fed up and need my coffee. 9 am is a lay in for me.

I have to get up about the same time everyday. I don't stay in bed unless I'm sick.

It's said to help you sleep better, if you keep a routine.
