Go to a second hand shop, buy a whole bunch of women's clothing. Try it on in the PRIVACY of your own home. You'll find that there are a boatload of folks out there who will love to use you as a punching bag. Be careful.

Yes if you want to I'm a male and I like dressing as a girl,why get a girl to help,I would love to help you as I have no problem going out and buying female clothing and I would love to help you dress for the first time as a girl ,I found that the hardest part was putting on pantyhose for the first time after that it was second nature to put them on. As I write you this answer I have on a skin-tone bra with breast form, a prosthetic vagina with a tampon inserted,white panties,aubergine pantyhose,a black skirt and a black top. I find it quite nice dressing as a girl/women and I think you would like it as well but you would have to dress as a girl out of sight of your parents in your bedroom
