Empowerment and advocacy - huge words and huge skills surrounding them and needed by these Professionals. I agree that both professions receive such bad press - they could do with being cut some slack - thank you :-)

Thats so true:) both act as mediators and have a huge impact on our society, without them I would dread to think what as mess we would be in.
