Depends on the style, take Noel Fiedling or Robert Smith...they wouldnt be the same without it!

I don't have a problem with it, as long as it matches his particular style of dress (for example, it would look kind of funny on a lumberjack). On some men, it looks nice, such as the lead singer of Green Day. But maybe that is because I am used to seeing it.

The metrosexual who wears eyeliner is a bit too effeminate in my view. I may be wrong but I seriously doubt most women are attracted to men who use eyeliner in everyday grooming.

If they are in the entertainment industry (musician, actor, etc.) its fine. Otherwise, I think it looks silly.

teen years is kinda cute on some, twenty is maybeish and 30s is just freaky and hot and fetish.

They're on tv or they are gay. I am old school, so I don't think is is manly.

They cannot help but show just how decadent we are becomming. This always happens when changes are occurring. Everyone is confused and just expressing themselves out of a primal need to cry out from the soul. These men are being embraced and swallowed by The Goddess. Their femine sides need to be expressed. They were supressed in the prior life. These are the artists, the designers, the musicians, the painters all are running to the makeup counter these days.
