south america is beautiful I don't care what country you go to. I grew up in panama in central america and have been to peru, brazil and columbia many times. They are relatively inexpensive. Brazil has beautiful beaches full of beautiful people. Peru has scenic mountains and interesting culture.

Ask your friend, to be sure - but possibly because of the indescribably exciting, beautiful, dreamy people and places that exist there - in mostly perfect weather. If you love hot tropics, easy going attitudes, fun loving people, jungles, beaches and sunshine... Well, go with her once in a while and see. :)
