I suppose the same things that the Atheist leaders have left to preach about. I mean really.....who can say anything with certainty? Silliness. +5
Only if you put sums in the baskets! Tell you any damn thing you want to hear.
wow, that's a good question, but i will not answer for fear of reprisals from all those pastors, preachers, and priests that have habitually lied to their flocks!
Probably something like "the sky is blue, and it's my unsubstantiated opinion that The Lord wants it that way".

You're reading If the churches and their pastors, preachers and priests were required to prove everything before they preach anything.. what would they preach?

My atheist leader found an obscure passage in atheist scripture that says I should be nice to Christians, but it is not one of the atheist commandments.
People like Richard Dawkins are not atheist leaders; they are sort of like non-prophet seers.. they do not produce atheist scripture, just food for thought.

Interesting! Thanks, Kaksee. I've heard the name, but little else. I just figured there were Atheist leaders out there somewhere. I don't know about Athiest commandments. That's news to me! The 10 commandments I was raised on never said anything about being nice to people. They're more along the lines of what you SHOULDN'T do. But I like to think that I'm a little more advanced than that :)

When anyone asks me what religion I am I tell them I am an Atheist Witness because atheism is not a religion so you don't have to capitalise the 'a'. An example of an atheist commandment is to 'live life in order to make a purpose for your life'.

Well, who could argue with that?
I began capitalizing Atheist when I noticed that NOT doing so tended to offend some folks. I figured, what the hell? That's easy enough to accomodate :)
