Lack of trust and belief in car salesmen.
Most are so hungry, they will tell you anything to make a sell.
They don't believe in paying rent.
I had to evict one from a condo a few years ago.
I worked for a guy that would give a 50/50 warranty
half of reapirs paid by the new onwer, half by him
he sold a car to a couple that lived in NY, He was in PA, with a blown head gasket (he knew it) he also knew it would break down about half way home for them
just to unload it and not lose any $$ on it
he still made a profit even, paying for half the repair
Can the VIN number reveal owner history?
