  • I had weight problems also at your age. Exercising for 30 minutes a day is a good start. Another thing that will help-for a week, write down everything you eat and all the calories in it. Add up your calorie intake for each day. At the end of the week, look over what you've written and try to find a way to cut out 250-500 of those calories a day. This will enable you to lose at least half a pound to a pound a week, even if you don't exercise.
