  • I last ate it late May I adore it! I love duck pate - smooth - the last one was a duck and port on one of those self bake ciabbatta's cut in thin slices - absolute heaven. I cant eat it moderation though! Hence the long time in eating it and stricter eating regime, shall probably have a tub at Christmas +6

  • Oh gosh it has been so many years my friend. I like all kinds of pate but I had a friend who made the best chicken liver pate in the world...I kid you not. It was seasoned to perfection...the texture was smooth as silk..the more you consumed the more you wanted. I haven't thought of her in years. It's probably been 30 years since I had her pate and maybe a couple of years ago since I bought any... it was probably goose liver. I prefer the smoother kind rather than the more coarsely ground kind! :)
