I used to love old people when I was young. My mates and I used to go down the pub and when we saw a lonely old person drinking on their own we would buy them a drink and have a chat. They used to tell us loads of interesting stories about their past. It was nice to put a smile on their faces. I'm not so much into old people now because I am one LOL!

'Constructive Feedback' Is feeding back information to the statement maker as to how their response helped in a constructive way. Some people use the term 'Constructive Criticism’ But criticism can never be constructive because people always see the word criticism as being a negative and so go on the defensive.

Yes the word criticize does mean staying with the negatives. That's why when people use the term 'Constructive Criticism' they are simple contradicting themselves because there can never be anything constructive about criticism. That why Surry University, who taught me Facilitation Techniques use the term ‘Constructive Feedback’
