If your father was of sound mind when entering into this arrangement, your siblings can fight it but their chance of success is low.
Unless they could prove you coerced your dad or that he was unfit to make such a decision at the time it was made, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If your father is still living, he can provide some sort of legal documentation that this is his wish and that anyone who contests it after his death would be excluded from his will. That might prevent a challenge.
