I have my period anywhere from 3 to 6 months at a time, i still get the cervix mucus. I am doing artificial incemination. Are my chances good, even though my periods are irregular, of getting pregnant?

• It depends on what the doctor finds out when he tests and examines you. That is why you are going there. There are a lot of things that can be done to accelerate the process. It just depends on what he sees.

• It depends on a lot of factors. Your doctor will have to test and examine you in order to know. I certainly cannot know over the internet. If you are ovulating, your eggs are fertile, your partner is also fertile, (He will almost certainly also be tested too) and your uterus is competant to accept the implantation of the fertilized egg then you can become pregnant. I do not know the status of any of these variables. The regularity of your menstral cycle may or may not be an indicator, but most likely you are ovulating twice a year. If that is correct then you probably can become pregnant twice a year.

• i am in perfect health. I am athletic and my diet is good. sometimes. I am 5'6 130 lbs.
