A blueberry muffin!! ..... oops, you said besides food. So that would be a toothbrush!!

The tip of my pen... I know, it's a bad habit. But, when I am thinking, or bored, I always end with a lollypop or the tip of my pen in my mouth.

- Hi Rosie, read somewhere that brushin right after coffee not good, coz coffee tends to soften the enamel and brushin immediately scraps off the delicate layer.

- Oh I don't my friend. First, I have my coffee..two cups. Then I have my corn tortilla with pepperjack cheese melted on top of it. It can be a couple of hours later when I brush my teeth. But after the coffee and tortilla I don't put anything else in my mouth. I usually brush my teeth right before or right after my shower. Thank you for the helpful information though Rony. I appreciate it a lot. I didn't know that so now I will be mindful of the timing! :) Happy Friday! :)
