The adult dose is about liver function.
Quite honestly if you think you are almost twice the size of a 'normal' adult male (a guess based on the dosage ratio you chose) then its quite possible that your internal organs may not be at peak performance.
If Nyquil is like the UK product Vicks Night Nurse, then I believe overdose can make your symptoms worse - migraine, dehydration, pressure behind the eyes like the worst sinus headaches, even confusion.
Stick to the recommended doses and if they don't work, after a week you can see your doctor for something more tailored to you.

Your weight has nothing to do with it. If you take too much it wakes you up. It has the reverse affect because the ingredients that clear up your nose are stronger than the sleep aid.
