[ disclaimer] to be honest this series i am going to mention was syndicated for many years and he independently owned TV station I watched this show from in the late 70,s and early 80,s only bought so many episodes of this show that were made. the series was old then.
OK now after that having been said.
I may get reamed for this answer by others but one of the most idiotic and juvenile shows was the 'monkeys' that aired i think for 2 seasons from 1966 and 67. true it was a time peace with some inside counter culture jokes but mostly i would describe this show as a waist of time. just recently i tried to sit through this show on my on demand cable and it made me cringe.and could not sit through more the 2 episodes.
they were a good band . i like their greatest hits album. 'Neil diamond' and 'Boyce and hart' and i think Andy Kim, wrote alot of there songs . and don Kirchner fabricated this group. but they were a better group then TV show.

I can't recall the name of the series - -
it was a half-hour show about a family where the father created a little robot girl - - or the girl was some robot-thing from outer space - -
it was supposed to be a comedy -- it was horribly unfunny and pathetic, just like the godawful little actress who played the part
that's just my opinion

I think with shows like Lost, no matter how many seasons the show may last, someone has to know from the beginning how the show is going to end. With Lost, they were making it up as they went along and were left trying to piece things together.
