Become comfortable with the person you are. Exercise and eat healthily, sure, but don't be tempted by crash diets or similar. They tend to be unhealthy if not flat out dangerous, and dropping weight quickly tends to be a recipe for re-gaining it (and possibly more) with equal speed.
Anyone who would want to go with an idealised version of you only has no real interest in you; in contrast, anyone who is right for you could care less what weight you are.
